This subdivision is under video surveillance 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you are a property owner wishing to request video footage in relation to an active police investigation, submit your request using the online forms page. You must be able to provide the officer's information, case number and details in order to obtain footage for the case.

We recommend that all legal owners of property within Scenic Harbour Estates register for access to important Association information such as Calendar of Events, Financial Records, Meeting Minutes, Ballots and Voting and so much more!

Properties for Sale & Resale Process

Scenic Harbour has a mandatory property owners association membership for all owners of property within the subdivision. Please review the LEGAL DOCUMENTS page for additional details. Prospective owners who are interested in purchasing lots within the subdivision should contact a professional realtor for available listings. This website does not provide information regarding availability of lots or homes for purchase.

Resale Certificate packages are required for all lots sold. To request a resale certificate package and statement of account, email your request to the address below.

Transfer fees $75.00 per lot
